build.ros2.org is now being reconfigured as part of its migration process.

build.ros.org has completed its reconfiguration and is back in normal operation.

build.ros2.org is still pending migration and will reconfigure once it is online.

Reconfguration jobs have all been queued and will be running over the next several hours.

Reconfiguration of almost every job will occur when https://github.com/ros-infrastructure/ros_buildfarm/pull/844 is merged. Normal operations will be delayed while the reconfigure jobs run.

Once they are completed the build farm should stabilize and catch up with any queued jobs.
